This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Gaming Attendant looking for fulltime hours.
The general duties performed in this role will include; preparing and dispensing beverages, attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons and providing fantastic customer service to all of our hotel guests.
What you will bring to the team:
Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative you will have:
• Demonstrated cash handling experience
• Knowledge of gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
• An understanding of food & beverage products and services
• A professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG), Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA), TAB, Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant required.
Please note to be successful in this role you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
