About the Role

The Villa Host Manager is a senior, hands-on role delivering personalised, discreet, and curated guest experiences for individuals and groups.

Working collaboratively across all departments, you will ensure seamless coordination of each stage of the guest journey, from pre-arrival through to departure, consistently exceeding expectations.

In the absence of the senior leadership, you will assume delegated authority for the Jewel’s operations, including guest wellbeing, safety, and team leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end guest experience, including personalised pre-arrival engagement, preference planning and accurate maintenance of guest profiles
  • Coordinate bespoke guest itineraries and bookings, collaborating closely with reservations and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Lead villa host operations during guest stays, providing hands-on, premium “butler-style” service and exceptional guest engagement
  • Drive effective communication and collaboration across all departments to support a seamless guest journey
  • Foster a positive team culture through strong leadership, team forums and values-driven behaviours
  • Oversee key operational responsibilities, including forward planning (60–90 days), Front Office Host shifts, and emergency response duties as Chief Fire Warden

 

 

You’re someone who:

  • Has experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of high-end guest service
  • Is highly organised, with strong planning and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Takes pride in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences and anticipating guest needs
  • Has experience coordinating complex itineraries and tailored guest experiences
  • Communicates confidently and builds strong, genuine relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Has a keen eye for detail and approaches challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Is comfortable using systems and technology, including MS Office and property management systems
  • Holds (or is working towards) a relevant hospitality qualification or brings equivalent experience
  • Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport
  • Has a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Senior First Aid (or is willing to obtain)
