Responsible Gaming Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate and thoughtful team member to join us as a Responsible Gaming Manager. This role is all about supporting safe and responsible gambling practices across Federal Group. You’ll work closely with teams to provide guidance, lead initiatives, and offer caring support to both staff and customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders, including other responsible gambling professionals and community partners.
  • Monitor customers for responsible gambling concerns and recommend meaningful solutions to support customers who may be experiencing gambling-related challenges.
  • Actively participate in casino loyalty program processes to ensure the safe and responsible conduct of these programs.
  • Ensure that responsible gambling policies and procedures are communicated clearly and embedded in everyday practice.
  • Lead the rollout of responsible gambling initiatives and change projects, offering your expertise and encouragement along the way.
  • Provide caring, professional advice to managers and staff on responsible gambling practices, supporting them to uphold both company values and legal obligations.
  • Be a visible champion for responsible gambling, helping others understand its importance and how we can all contribute.
  • Support the design and delivery of engaging responsible gambling training across Federal Group.
  • Stay curious and informed about emerging research and best practice in responsible gambling.

 

About You
You’re someone who leads with empathy, listens deeply, and can handle sensitive situations with calm and care. You’re confident using technology, enjoy analysing information, and can translate data and policy into meaningful action. Most of all, you’re motivated by helping people and creating a safe, responsible gaming environment for everyone.
