We're seeking a skilled and passionate IT Systems Administrator to help drive the performance and reliability of our critical infrastructure. As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll bring deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise to manage, support, and optimise the infrastructure powering Odyssey’s operational environments.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end performance, security, and reliability of Odyssey’s IT systems with a strong focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Configuring, remotely implementing, and maintaining all technology infrastructure (network, compute, storage) across our operational environments.
  • Providing Tier 2/3 technical support, acting as a key escalation point for complex issues raised by the Customer Experience and Field Services teams.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure rapid response and resolution, helping us deliver seamless and uninterrupted service to our global player base.

What you bring:

  • Broad knowledge of IT systems administration, with strong troubleshooting skills across network, compute, and storage domains.
  • A proven track record of supporting high-availability infrastructure in a fast-paced, customer-facing industry (gaming industry experience is a plus!).
  • Expertise in performance monitoring, system security, and best-practice infrastructure support.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve escalated issues with speed and precision.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier support to both internal and external users.
