Food and Beverage (Bar and Gaming) Attendant

This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant looking for fulltime hours.

The general duties performed in this role will include; preparing and dispensing beverages, attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons and providing fantastic customer service to all of our hotel guests.

To succeed in this position, you will have:

• Exceptional customer service skills preferably gained from previous experience working in gaming/hospitality; or extensive experience in another frontline customer service position.

• Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts which may include public holidays.

• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and a current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificate

The fulltime position is a hands-on role assisting the Management of the venue in all aspects of hotel operations. With a focus on ensuring that agreed customer service standards and revenue targets are met. The position has the opportunity for the right applicant to be trained in and conduct Acting Duty Manager shifts on a regular basis, while upholding Vantage Group's values, behaviours and standards at all times.
